Dark Nights of the Soul
Have you ever been through the dark night of the soul? This can look like many things to many people. If you are going through something challenging, or have done so in the past, a dark night of the soul is a sign that you are growing and expanding.
I have experienced three dark nights of the soul, which I share in this episode. All three together have led to a conscious growth and healing that has transformed every part of my life. Our soul has a purpose for us, and until we listen to it, we will struggle. We end up fighting with our inner self. But the struggle to break free is worth it — trust me.
My perception of reality had to break down within me to access the quantum light field of possibilities. Holding onto limiting beliefs and fears separates me from my power and my purpose. When you align with your heart and soul, that’s where the magic begins.
